  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 days delivery after processing
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 days delivery after processing

Order processing takes 1-2 business days before shipment. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your gear on its journey to you.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you to be totally stoked with your Surf Company gear. If something isn’t quite right, here’s our policy:

Return Policy Highlights:

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your items
  • Items must be in original condition with tags attached, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original packaging with all accessories must be included
  • Swimwear Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (including Boardshorts and Rashguards & Surf Tees) if the hygiene seal is broken or removed

Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  3. Securely pack items with original packaging
  4. Ship to our address (provided in your return authorization email)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For international returns, please note that customs fees and international shipping costs are non-refundable. Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
