Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to get you geared up no matter where you are. Here’s how it works:
- Order Processing: We need 1-2 business days to get your order ready to ride the waves to you.
- Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 days after shipping. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 days after shipping.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your gear on its journey to you.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be totally stoked with your Surf Company gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Our returns process is designed to be easy and straightforward.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the original packaging with all accessories included
How to Return or Exchange
Just follow these simple steps to get started:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Get Authorization: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Pack It Up: Securely pack your items with the original packaging.
- Ship It: Send the package to our address (provided in your return authorization email).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (like sending the wrong item) or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return without tracking.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, shipping costs will be calculated based on your location.
International Returns
Since we ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas), please note:
- International returns may take longer to process.
- Customs fees and international shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
