Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items. All returned products must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all accessories
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (including Boardshorts and Rashguards) if the hygiene seal is broken or removed. All swimwear returns must have the original hygiene seal intact.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
  4. Pack your items securely with the original packaging
  5. Ship the package to our address (we’ll provide this in your return authorization email)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return without tracking.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 5-10 business days)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and exchange shipping costs will be calculated based on your location.

International Returns

Since we ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas), please note:

  • International returns may take longer to process
  • Customs fees and international shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
